2021 TOS

• Nonrefundable after sketched, refunds available prior to when I start the commission. This is negotiable as certain circumstances can arise financially.

• Art an be sold with characters/increase the price of characters. You don't have to ask.

• Payment can be sent before or when the sketch is sent. You will not receive the finished, unwatermarked version if it's not paid.

• Failure to send payment gets you blacklisted. You will not be permitted to use any of my artwork, this includes free lines, characters I made, and art you commissioned.

• I have the right to reject any commission that may go against my morals. This is nonnegotiable. If I say no, it means no.

• When you receive my artwork, you are free to do whatever you want with it, granted I am given credit where credit is due.

• By commissioning/requesting to commission me, you accept all of these terms and conditions.
